ZOLTAN MAAR

Zoltan Maar is a visual artist and muralist with an realistic comic style. His work is influenced by the areas of lifestyle, pop art and entertainment.

Born in Budapest (Hungary) in 1985 he came to Munich with his parents in 1988. At this age he also began to draw.

2011 he began studying at the renowned Munich Design School for fashion and communication design. After finishing his studies he worked as a graphic designer and shop manager at Chaos Crew Tattoo Studio in Munich. Currently working as a freelance artist he worked on several mural projects for well known Bars & Restaurants in Munich. With his realistic comic style he is considered one of the newcomers of the Munich art scene.
